Bukhara Sunday Afternoons On the occasion of the publication of the book Pure Persian Gold (a study and analysis of the works of Mohammad-Azam Rahnavard Zaryab), published by the Allameh University Press through the efforts and initiative of Yaman Hekmat and Masoud Taqi-Abadi, the eleventh session in the series of Bukhara Magazine’s Sunday Afternoon gatherings will be devoted to reviewing and discussing this book. The session will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, 12 July 2026, at the Daba Book House, with speeches by Seyyed Askar Mousavi, Manuchehr Faradis, Yaman Hekmat, and Ali Dehbashi. The essays in Pure Persian Gold, written in three fields—linguistic studies, interdisciplinary studies, and literary studies—represent an effort to evaluate and analyze the works of Rahnavard Zaryab, the renowned writer of the Persian-language literary tradition in Afghanistan.
