PARS "10-POINT" Proposal to End Political Conflicts and Establish Permanent Peace

1. Recognition of the rights of the nuclear industry, given its long history dating back to before 1979 and the deep connection of this industry with national interests.
2. Formation of a continuous investigation team, as in previous years, by inspectors trusted by the Iranian side by the International Atomic Energy Agency.
3. To provide trust between the Iranian and American sides to prove that Iran is not, has not been, and will not be seeking to build nuclear weapons, the Agency team can include American inspectors trusted by the Iranian side and approved by the American side.
4. A third country will not have the right to interfere in matters such as inspections within the framework of an agreement between Iran, the International Atomic Energy Agency, and the US.
5. With the agreement of the parties, the Atomic Energy Agency inspectors can be physically present in Iran on a continuous basis to prevent assumptions made by some people regarding the construction of nuclear weapons.
6. Based on continuous inspections, Iran has the right to legally register its research and scientific achievements in the field of the nuclear industry at the international level in order to prevent possible theft of its knowledge-based items.
7. Iran has the full right to use the nuclear industry in any matter to advance its national interests, except for nuclear weapons.
8. There should be the possibility of commercial transactions for nuclear industry products at the international level.
9. Formation of an investigation team by the International Atomic Energy Agency to resolve possible remaining enriched uranium and to account for the damage caused to Iranian national nuclear facilities during the recent war.
10. Formation of a judicial investigation team by the International Atomic Energy Agency, trusted by the Iranian side, to prevent possible interference by a third country in Iran's nuclear affairs so that, as in previous periods, valuable agreements between Iran and the Agency do not remain fruitless.

کشور ثالث حق دخالت در اموری نظیر بازرسی در چهارچوب توافقی بین ایران، آژانس بین‌المللی اتمی و آمریکا را نخواهد داشت
بازرسین آژانس اتمی با توافق طرفین می‌توانند به صورت مداوم به صورت فیزیکی در ایران حضور داشته باشند تا از فرضیات بعضی افراد در خصوص ساخت سلاح اتمی جلوگیری شود
براساس بازرسی های مدام این حق را دارد که تحقیقات و دستاوردهای علمی خود در زمینه صنعت هسته‌ای را ثبت حقوقی در سطح بین‌المللی نماید تا از به سرقت رفتن احتمالی موارد دانش بنیانی آن ممانعت به عمل آورد
ایران این حق تام را داراست تا در هر موضوع صنعت اتمی برای پیشرفت منافع ملی خود بهره ببرد به غیر از سلاح هسته ای
امکان معاملات تجاری برای محصولات صنعت اتمی در سطح بین‌المللی وجود داشته باشد
تشکیل تیم تحقیقاتی از سوی آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی برای حل و فصل اورانیوم غنی شده به جا مانده احتمالی و برآورد خسارت های وارده به تأسیسات ملی هسته‌ای ایرانیان در طی جنگ اخیر
 تشکیل تیم تحقیقاتی قضایی از سوی آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی و مورد اعتماد طرف ایرانی جهت جلوگیری از دخالت احتمالی کشور ثالث در امور هسته‌ای ایران تا مانند دوره‌های پیشین توافقنامه نامه های ارزشمند ایران و آژانس بی ثمر نماند
