  • New Customers: If you are a new customer and find that our service does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This refund policy applies to our shared hosting, VPS, and dedicated server plans.
  • Renewals and Subsequent Payments: Refunds are not available for service renewals or subsequent payments. Renewals are non-refundable once processed, as we consider this as your continued satisfaction with our services.
  • Non-Eligible Services: Certain add-ons, such as domain registrations, SSL certificates, and specific software licenses, are non-refundable due to third-party involvement. Please review the purchase conditions of these add-ons before confirming your order.

2. Refund Policy for Specific Services

1. Shared Hosting Plans:

  • New customers are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date.
  • Refunds requested after the 7-day period will not be honored.

2. VPS Hosting Plans:

  • For VPS hosting, refunds are eligible if requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds requested after 7 days are not eligible.

3. Dedicated Servers:

  • Due to the setup costs associated with dedicated servers, refunds are not offered for dedicated server plans after the server setup has been completed.
  • In cases of failure in service delivery or provisioning delays by Pars Enterprise LTD, we may offer pro-rata adjustments at our discretion.

4. Domain Name Registrations and SSL Certificates:

  • Domain name registrations and SSL certificates are managed by third-party providers and are non-refundable once registered.
  • If you no longer wish to use these services, they will remain active until the end of the billing period, but no refunds will be granted.

5. Add-On Services:

  • Specific add-ons may not be refundable, depending on third-party integration and associated costs. Please contact our support team for specific refund eligibility for any add-on service.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

2. Include Order Details: Provide your account ID, service details, and the reason for your refund request.
3. Processing Time: Once the refund request is approved, it may take 1-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

4. Refunds and Account Termination

  • If a refund is granted, the associated services will be immediately terminated and cannot be reactivated.
  • Pars Enterprise LTD reserves the right to terminate any account without notice if there is a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
