A part-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist. Responsibilities include providing courteous and effective technical support to customers through various channels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and triaging and resolving customer issues with the following qualifications:

✔ Customer Support and Technical Support skills
✔ Interpersonal Skills and Analytical Skills
✔ Focus on Customer Satisfaction
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
✔ Experience in customer service or help desk support roles
✔ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus, but not required
